An Engagement Session at Pharsalia | Heather & Wes
Oh friends, it was such a JOY to photograph these two's beautiful Pharsalia Estate Engagement Session this week! Pharsalia has got to be of the most beautiful venues in all Virginia. It has apple orchards, blooming trees, flower gardens and mountain views. It is a little bit of heaven on earth to me! :)
Add my amazing couple Heather and Wes, and you have got yourself a picture perfect photo session!! These two are an incredibly sweet couple. Their love for each other is so special to see! And I am so incredibly excited to be sharing their beautiful engagement photos with you today! :)
"Wes and I met in college!" Heather told me. "I was finishing undergrad, and he was finishing his second degree when we were introduced by a mutual friend. He was truly brave on our first date, and instead of taking me out, he cooked dinner at his house for me! How sweet is that?!
"We ended up having to do the whole long distance thing for 3 1/2 years. And as hard as it was to be apart for this long, it only made our relationship stronger than ever! I really adore EVERYTHING about Wes. How funny he is, how he gets along with everybody (even if he has never met them!), how he always goes with the flow, how he evens me out, and most of all - no matter how bad of a day it has been - coming home and being in his arms seems to make everything all better!!"
"I really love Heather's big heart," Wes told me. "and her desire to help others! She fits in so perfectly with my life, and with my family and friends. I proposed to her on Snowshoe Mountain in West Virginia, and you'd better believe I was excited when she said yes. I can't believe I get to spend the rest of my life with this incredible woman!"
Heather and Wes, you two are perfect for each other! Thank you so much for choosing me as your photographer! :) If your wedding at the Maritime Museum is anything as beautiful as your engagement session, it's going to be an absolutely incredible day. So hurry up, summer! I'll see you two in just a few short months! :)
